We notify you of any issues during our inspection and make recommendations to correct them. If requested, we could recommend a licensed, insured and bonded contractor for the service needed. The Home Watch Squad could meet with the repair person and will stay until the contractor completes their service. Your home watch professional will provide a detailed report along with pictures once the contractor finishes the job. We will lock-up following the contractors departure. The Home Watch Squad is your eyes, ears and voice when you can not be here to manage your property details.
